To live, breath, and defend your God given Inherent Rights, Sovereignity... Is Sui Juris.
No man or woman can represent you (power of attorney), and give you, demand, deliver, your Sovereign Rights or God given Inherent Rights.
It doesn't take a college graduate to master law. It doesn't take a genius to master deception. If you allow a attorney at law to "represent" you in court, you are telling the system (Magistrate) that you are a minor in the eyes of the court (incapable of handling your affairs as an Adult). Deception is when the magistrate and the attorney work as a unit in the best interest of the state and not the constitution which they have given an oath to uphold.
Attorn: to turn over goods or money to another person. So who's best interest does an "attorn(ey)" have in mind when he/ she is working to become a magistrate in the near future?

Who Are You?

   How many of us have walked into courtrooms and pleaded "not guilty"? Thinking we (with as much proof as one can have) will be leaving that courtroom on a high of proven innocence, only to find out the judge never put his head up to even acknowledge your presence? Could it be because he\ she is having a bad day? Could it be that you have already set your fate in that courtroom without knowing so?

Learn about jurisdiction, status, and adjudication.
Q: Asked the judge what jurisdiction does he/ she have over your matter.
Only article 3 judges can lawfully handle your matter. So why are you in a lower case court making a plea bargin with an attorney (who really has the courts best interest at hand, not yours) ?
Is the constitution that hard to understand? Is it that hard to attain? Why do we treat it as such? I guess we like getting law suits from corporations and paying them our hard earned money.
When did a non government agency like the  (D)epartment (O)f (T)ransportation own the streets? They don't! They are an agency no different than walmart, or Victoria Secrets, but they won't tell you that. DOT tells you where to park, and when to park, and they are not even registered with the city or state. So who Delegated them Authority to do so? No one. They tricked you into a contract (license) which made them the owner of your vechicle.  Yeah, Grandma always said...."What a Terrible Web we Weave".
Question them, ask them where is the Person/ Plaintiff you have injured next time they present you with a ticket (suit).
When can you directly hand a suit to another person? You cant!!! So why do you allow cops and traffic agents to do it to you?
Put the obligation of answering the law on them. Ask the judge does he or she have jurisdiction over your matter? Jurisdiction must be proven before a court can proceed. Jurisdiction can be asked at any time, and the court now has the obligation of proving the power to oversee your matter.
Ask the officer where is the injured party suing so you can question the matter (mind you...the Officer is the alledged witness and cant be the injured party presenting you with the suit also)? The question at hand is... Who is the Injured Party/ Plaintiff suing you? The Officer or Judge might say the City or State. You will laugh, because the City and State only exist on paper. The Plaintiff must be real in order for you to have "Due Process of the Law", which is your Constitutional Right to question your Accuser.  An Artificial Person can not answer questions.... they can't  present themselves in court. They (City, and State) are businesses. Businesses only exist on paper.
Are you finally getting it ?

The average Jane/ John Doe

What at Terrible web we weave!
   One can take this statement as just a "saying". But if the average Jane Doe or John Doe was to take the time, or have enough guts to look into every contract they have consented (agreed) to and not consented to and your check goes to these agreements every week..., it would put you. in the looney house. Find out why Social Security is a regular trust fund and not a government agency (so why do you let them take your money without your consent and knowledge?), find out if the banks truly own your house, find out if the banks already got paid for your house, see why busineses charge you tax on items you buy instead of them having to pay taxes on your land for using your resources (it saves them money when they make you pay their taxes to the governmemnt for working on your land). Wow, what a terrible web we weave. Does the saying make a whole lot of "cents" now?

Consent:

One the biggest tricks by public officials is using word art on our youths. The art of consent is one. Example:
Do you plead guilty or not guilty?
Do you understand your rights?
Do you mind if we search?
   Anytime you agree to any of these questions, you have just waived your rights. Remind your family to always keep quiet, answer no questions when detained. Never agree to a guilty or not guilty questions.
   Ask the judge what jurisdiction does he/ she have in your matter and what laws are being used so you can properly defend yourself. You will find these lower courts have no jurisdiction over your matter or status.
  Parking tickets, traffic tickets. Never put guilty or not guilty. Waive the plea. All traffic and parking tickets are city ordinance rules and are not laws.
When police are reading you your so called rights, let them know you don't understand. Never say you understand. You are not competent to understand the law. Never Consent, it only works against you.

Credit Vultures

If any collection agency contacts you via the phone or mail, never consent to them about anything. When you do, you could have just re-opened a dead debt. Simply tell them to send you the contract in the mail between you and them to prove the debt. They cant, because you never contracted with a debt collector.

I personal hope that Eddie Wrong is innocent when it comes to the accusations with him and young innocent boys. Not for the sake of Eddie, but for the sake of the those boys who experienced Pee Wee's ... excuse me , Eddie adventures. Whats sad is to listen to the thousands of black females who follow this pimp defend him. Wow, to actually run into old high school family and hear who is well and who has passed away... , it really puts questions in ones head as to why some good people are gone and why some people like myself escaped (80's New York Life) to see today. Just thinking ...
